Refund Policy

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return for your purchase.

To qualify for a return, items must remain in their original condition: unused, unassembled, with all tags attached, and in the original sealed packaging. A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

We process exchange, return, and refund requests made within 30 days of delivery confirmation (based on tracking records).


How to Submit a Return Request

Include these details in your message:

  • Your order number (example: EC5)
  • Product name and quantity for return
  • Reason for the return request
  • Photos or videos (if the product is defective)

Ensure all images and videos are clear and properly focused. Thank you.


Shipping Cost Responsibility

  • Customer-initiated returns: You cover the return shipping costs based on your chosen carrier.
  • Our error (damaged/incorrect items): We cover all shipping expenses.

Once we approve your return, you'll receive return shipping instructions and a label if applicable. Unsolicited returns sent without authorization will not be accepted.

Return Process

After we receive your email, our team will review your submitted evidence (descriptions, photos, videos). If we confirm the item is defective, we'll initiate the return process:

  1. We provide the appropriate return warehouse address
  2. You prepare the package and confirm via email
  3. Courier collects the package from your location
  4. Our warehouse receives and confirms the return
  5. We inspect the returned merchandise
  6. We ship a replacement or process your refund within 1-3 business days

Returns Will NOT Be Approved In These Cases:

  • Requests made after 30 days from delivery
  • E-bikes or e-scooters that have been assembled
  • Opened or unsealed packaging
  • Products officially registered under the buyer's name
  • Customer is responsible for round-trip shipping (original shipping costs are non-refundable)
  • Restocking fees up to 25% may apply (deducted from refund)

Note

Customer-initiated refunds require the customer to pay all shipping charges.


Missing Parts or Accessories

We accept missing parts claims within 7 days of delivery (verified by tracking records).

Our team will examine your provided evidence (descriptions, photos, videos). If we verify parts are missing, we'll arrange a replacement shipment and notify you via email.

Claims Will Be Denied If:

  • The supplier confirms the part was never included with this model
  • Package weight records from our warehouse show no missing items

Product Exchange

We accept exchange requests within 30 days of delivery (confirmed by tracking information).

Please note: You must ship the item to our return warehouse at your own expense and risk (including shipping fees, taxes, and duties).

We'll ship the replacement product within 1-3 business days, depending on inventory availability.


Refund Processing Times

Refunds are processed within 1-2 business days after we receive your return. Actual refund timing varies by payment method:

  • PayPal: Refunds appear within 48 hours
  • Credit Card: Refunds take 7-14 business days, depending on your card issuer and payment processors
