Can I ride the Eskute E-Bike on rainy days?

C100 is not recommended for frequent riding in the rain, especially during heavy rainfall. If you must ride in the rain, please take the following steps to protect your bike and prevent damage to the battery:

1. Remove the battery and allow the moisture to air dry.
2. Clean and wipe dry the battery base to ensure it remains dry.
3. Reinstall the battery only after both the battery and the battery base areas are completely dry.

Additionally, it is best to store your e-bike in a dry indoor environment. Long-term exposure to a damp outdoor environment can lead to oxidation of the battery mount, which may affect the lifespan of your e-bike.

Warning:

If you do not remove and clean the battery after riding in the rain, moisture can accumulate in the battery mount, which may cause oxidation of the battery terminals. This could result in permanent damage to the battery.

Battery issues caused by improper cleaning after riding in the rain or by frequent rain exposure are not covered under the ESKUTE battery warranty.

• The total weight of the package for the C100 is 34kg.
• The weight of the bike (including the battery) is 26kg.
• The battery weight is 2.54kg.
• The maximum weight capacity of C100 is 125kg.

How to turn on the headlight?

Turn on the display screen, then long-press the "+" button to turn on the lights.

How long the battery is not charged will lead to battery damage?

Not charging for 3 months will lead to battery damage, and the customer will be responsible for any damage to the battery caused by not charging for a long time.

In order to keep the battery longer life, please keep charging at least once a half month.

How far the ebike can run when fully charged?

It can run around up to 60 KM on Pedal Assist.

Of course, the range for a single battery charge can vary greatly depending on conditions such as the combined weight of the rider and ebike, wind resistance, tyre pressure and tread profile, terrain and elevation changes, road or trail surface, outdoor temperature, maintenance of the E-Bike and the condition of the battery.
