How Long Will My Order Take?

Complete Delivery Time = Preparation Period + Shipping Duration

Preparation Period:

After you complete your purchase, we need 3-5 business days to get your e-bike ready for shipment. This includes quality checks, packaging, and arranging pickup with our logistics partners. Actual timing depends on current stock levels.

Our Shipping Regions:

We currently ship to the United States, United Kingdom, Ireland, and most European Union countries.

Shipping Duration:

Once your package leaves our warehouse:

  • From US & IRL Warehouses: Your order arrives in 5-7 business days
  • From EU Warehouse: Delivery takes 7-10 business days

Orders going to remote areas may take additional time. We'll send you tracking information via email as soon as your shipment is on its way.

Please Note:

Pre-Order Items:

Some products are available on pre-order basis and need 15-30 days to process before shipping. Make sure to check product availability before ordering.

Delivery Limitations:

We cannot ship to these areas:

  • Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US military installations, and US affiliated territories
  • Sassari area in Italy
  • Malta and Cyprus
  • Additional restricted zones

Should your shipping address be in an unavailable zone, our team will notify you and cancel the order with a full refund.
