    About ESKUTE F100

    Can I ride the Eskute E-Bike on rainy days?

    F100 is not recommended for frequent riding in the rain, especially during heavy rainfall. Keep the outside of the battery and the charging connector dry.

    Is the bike battery removable on the F100?

    The battery on this e-bike is not removable.

    What is the bike packing weight, net bike weight and battery weight?

    • The total weight of the package for the F100 is 26.1kg.
    • The weight of the bike (including the battery) is 21kg.
    • The battery weight is 1.54kg.
    • The maximum weight capacity of F100 is 120kg.

    Can this folding bike be transported in the boot of a car?

    Yes, the F100 can be folded to a compact size of 74 × 64.5 × 32 cm and therefore fits comfortably in the boot of a car.

    How to turn on the headlight?

    Turn on the display screen, then long-press the "+" button to turn on the lights.

    How long the battery is not charged will lead to battery damage?

    Not charging for 3 months will lead to battery damage, and the customer will be responsible for any damage to the battery caused by not charging for a long time. In order to keep the battery longer life, please keep charging at least once a half month.

    How far the ebike can run when fully charged?

    It can run around up to 60 KM on Pedal Assist.

    Of course, the range for a single battery charge can vary greatly depending on conditions such as the combined weight of the rider and ebike, wind resistance, tyre pressure and tread profile, terrain and elevation changes, road or trail surface, outdoor temperature, maintenance of the E-Bike and the condition of the battery.
